I truly cannot say enough amazing things about Erica and her teammate Julia. From day one, they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect home. Their communication was incredible, their guidance was honest and thoughtful, and they never once made me feel rushed or pressured. When we found the house, they expertly navigated a stressful bidding war with total confidence and strategy, and because of them, we won! Erica + her entire team created a flawless experience for us as the sellers! We understood what type of market we were selling in and knew it might be hard to get lucrative offers. We wanted to work with the best and have the best chances of selling quickly, which she did! We had a cash offer after two days on the market and closed in six days! One of the things, where she really went above and beyond, my husband hurt his knees and was on crutches the last day of staging our home for photos and the open house… and Erica sent over her personal assistant to help me finalize parts of the home since he was out of commission. Not many realtors would do something like that!!
Erica and Kyle were excellent to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell residential real estate in Detroit. We worked with the team for over a year and they were very patient and accommodating and worked at our pace - we never felt pressured or rushed into something we didn’t want. When we did find the place we wanted, they were able to get us in and help us negotiate a deal before it hit the market. I think it would be hard to find a better connected and more accommodating team - they will be my number one option for any future transactions in the Detroit area.
Erica and her team are second to none! My husband and I reached out with the goal of both selling our existing starter home and finding a new place to grow our family. We had hoped to achieve selling our home and buying something new in a quick timeframe so that we could avoid being in limbo without a place to live for an extended period of time - and all for the right price!! We realized our hopes may be high, but Erica delivered. We accepted a competitive offer on our home in the first weekend on the market (and Erica negotiated extended occupancy to help us out while looking for our new home). And by the next weekend, we were already on our way to finding our dream home! Erica and Kyle worked weekends - including the Fourth of July! - to get us into listings early, which was key to winning as a buyer in this market. When we found a place we loved, they got our offer accepted in less than 24 hours! Being a buyer AND a seller at the same time is an intimidating process, but Erica’s team made us feel supported and at ease through the entire process, keeping our needs top of mind at all times. We cannot recommend them enough and will definitely look to use them again in any future real estate transactions!
Erica and her team are incredible. We worked with them exploring a potential relocation, and they were so knowledgeable about the entire Metro Detroit area. The communication was so seamless, and they were incredibly agile, shifting our home tours in real-time based on what we were seeing.
