I recently visited this spa with my family to celebrate my girls birthday and was impressed with the overall experience. The establishment has a 5-star rating on Google, which it truly deserves. The ambiance is serene, and the owner is exceptionally kind, professional, and courteous. However, our experience was slightly marred by the receptionist's approach. Despite our efforts to maintain a quiet atmosphere, considering the massage room's proximity to the waiting area, she requested that we keep the noise down, citing concerns about negative reviews due to disruptions. Notably, my 3-year-old son has autism, and I was attempting to calm him down. Given the circumstances, my son and I stepped outside to wait for my husband to finish his massage, despite the chilly 25-degree weather. It's worth noting that children can be unpredictable, and sometimes parental restraint can exacerbate the situation. Overall, I highly recommend this spa for its exceptional massage services.
My experience with Magnolia was nothing short of exceptional! She is a remarkably gifted and her presence immediately put me at ease. She really took the time to listen and tailor the session to my specific needs and left me feeling profoundly restored and refreshed. If you are seeking a truly transformative massage from someone who prioritizes your comfort and well-being, I cannot recommend her highly enough!
My fiancé and I had the best message either of us had ever had on 1/3/26. Our massage therapists were Dyon and Glenda and they were both excellent. We both walked away feeling extremely relaxed and will be returning soon.
I cannot rave about Etalon enough!! I usually get a professional massage once every 6-9 months to relieve tension and I’ve never had such an amazing experience in my life! Jasmine is amazing and knew exactly what kind of pressure I needed and worked through knots I didn’t even realize I had. This was my first time doing cupping therapy, which I highly recommend, as it relieved a lot of the stiffness in my shoulders and lower back. I will certainly be coming back in the future!!
