I went to the Culebra location. Upon entering, I was treated with outstanding customer service from the receptionist. The wait time was very short. I was greeted by Nilly and escorted to my assigned room. Nilly explained everything to me and began the hair removal. During the entire experience she would let me know what to expect since it was my first hard wax which made the process a great experience. Nilly made sure to answer all my questions pertaining to the process. Nilly was awesome and professional. Not only will I return there, I will recommend it to family and friends. Five stars and two thumbs up!!
My experience with Veronica was absolutely both nurturing and professional at the same time!!!! I absolutely loved her professional bedside manners and she was just so funny and just amazing overall! I would definitely go back to her… as she made me feel super comfortable for my wax! I even forgot for a brief second that I was getting wax! she’s amazing!! check her out! thank you!
I’ve been needing a revamp and reshaping on my brows for quite some time now, was going in appnt after appnt and receiving a great clean-up. I’ve always tried explaining that I wanted to change my shape but always walked out with my same shape. I mean I have nice thick brows but I wanted them different, I was feeling older. Yesterday…Cheyanne listened and really understood what I was asking for. My brows are now shaped differently, they are arched very nicely vs a round shape I was stuck in, they are more up-to-date now and exactly what I’ve been wanting and needing. I definitely recommend Cheyanne at the Culebra/1604 location! Great great experience!
Vivian is absolutely amazing! She did an incredible job on my Brazilian wax. The process was smooth, fast, and as comfortable as it could possibly be. She has such a great personality and keeps the conversation flowing so naturally that you feel like you’re chatting with a best friend the whole time. Her professionalism, skill, and energy truly make the experience top-tier. I can’t recommend her enough!
Kelly was amazing. I went in nervous for my first time doing a Brazilian, and she made me feel completely safe and comfortable right away. She’s gentle, she talks you through everything. I’m definitely sticking with her from now on. Highly recommend her. I’m really grateful for her.
