Aniya was dope made sure I was extra comfortable at the same time remain professional. She was very knowledgeable and was fast. Being it was my first time being waxed, she made it a relax environment felt like I was chillin with one of the homies no diddy lol. Nah but I’ll definitely come back for Aniyah she was dope. Ashlyn at the front desk made me feel at ease and welcomed to the studio. I received a lower back wax by specialist Tigris. She was beyond professional and the wax was seamless. I think the entire service maybe took 5 minutes. Couldn’t have been more painless. I’ll be recommending my clients who want waxing to her in the future.
Tigres was great, very professional and knowledgeable. She worked quickly, efficiently, and with a soft touch. I really appreciated both her work and her presence. A couple of things about the location turned me off, though. The lotions and oils smelled like they were well past their expiration date. Also, the front desk staff did not come across as particularly welcoming. As a new client, it felt like there was no effort to show any positive or friendly emotion.
