Today I went to the Cocoon day spa in Rockridge and got the Bright Skin Facial. Morgan P. did my facial, she was so sweet and informative. I learned a lot about the products they offer and a lot about my skin. She took her time and she did a great job! I hadn't had a facial in years and she made sure I had very refreshing and relaxing experience! I will definitely be back! From check in, to check out all the staff was great and made this experience wonderful.
I had a dermaplanning and customizable facial with Cimma and she was absolutely phenomenal! She was incredibly professional and knowledgeable and answered so many of my questions regarding skin care! Very gentle and thorough with my facial too! And she made sure I was comfortable and informed with all the steps during my facial!
When was the last time you got compliments on your eyebrows?! I get them everytime I get my brows done by Brielle. Cocoon is a nice place, great environment, friendly people, and Brielle always hooks my brows up! She makes them neat, shaped well, stylish, and they fit my face shape. Thank you!
I had been coming here since 2020 and haven’t gone anywhere else. Every single member of the team is so very sweet and kind. The services are always calming and meet my expectations! I mainly go for waxing and facial services, but the massages are also fantastic! 10/10 spa, and always recommend to my friends and family. They even have cute little shop inside!
This is my favorite places to go! I have been coming here for 8 years since it was a smaller location on the same street. It’s grown into such a beautiful place. The staff is amazing and I love my esthetician. I highly recommend this place and when they are training new beauticians sometimes there’s a discount for models. They serve tea and chocolates and have a cute lounge to chill in. I love to read my book there if I can spare the time before or after an apt. They are so sweet and flexible. I love the hydro facials they do!
