Was able to take a one hour private class with my friend and I. Maria was our instructor and it was beyond amazing. We were only in town for the night and wanted to do something different with our time and couldn’t have been happier. Would definitely come back again. Maria made the process so fun and welcoming. We had both taken previous pole classes, and this one was the most efficient and effective by far.
I took my first class with Birdie, and I couldn't have had a better experience. She was incredibly friendly and supportive, answering all my questions about the different moves. The class was definitely empowering. Although I'm not a dancer and felt a little nervous I felt welcomed and safe through throughout. The class really enjoyable. I had a great time and will definitely be coming back!
I absolutely enjoy coming to the sauna here. I’ve been a member for a few months now and I’ve seen an improvement in my skin and energy. This is a great way to relax, detox, and reinvigorate your body. The light therapy is great for healing scars. Additionally, the customer service is great and the place is spotless and welcoming. I’ve also taken the beginner pole classes which was a great workout and helped me get more in tune with my body and feminine aura.
Stopped by last minute for a cheeky sauna with added red light treatment - what a place! I even left with a lovely goody bag. Both the ladies there were so lovely and made me feel comfortable.
I tried the introductory package- three pole classes and one sauna session. Each instructor is different in the own way. I had Maria and Slash. Maria focused on technique, where as Slash went over techniques but had more of a sensual/sexual/sexy vibe which I loved. You will definitely get a full body work out lol The sauna was AMAZING!!!! It was clean and relaxing and had a sanctuary feel. The owner, Lani was very sweet, informative, and attentive. So, I have decided to purchase a package and continue on because I enjoyed everything so much.
