I have been a customer for over 6 years with Farmers Insurance. Tracy is amazing, along with the other wonderful associates at Farmers. They are like my family! It is not just about business! Tracy and her team genuinely check on you as a person, and not just a business customer. Tracy and the rest of the team call you and message you to ask you how your doing? If you need anything? If there is anything that they can do better to make the customers feel better and comfortable? I will tell anyone! Recently changed to Tracy Tran's office after my prior Farmer's agent retired. She and Angie, her assistant, have been most helpful with the change. Promptly and thoroughly answers all my questions, which I greatly appreciate! They are both easy to work with and glad be with this new location as my agent now.
