The store manager Deborah was incredibly helpful! I came in last minute to print obituary programs I designed myself. I had nooo clue how it would work out. I was worried about printing the pages in order for the booklet since it was front and back. I didn’t even have to explain anything. Deborah fixed it up and was perfect on the first try! I am so appreciative of her service on such a stressful day.
I can’t say enough good things about the service I’ve received at this FedEx! I’ve come in many times with printing jobs, and every single time, Jon has gone above and beyond to help me. He’s always so kind, patient, and genuinely friendly. Even when I’ve had unusual requests or tricky files, Jon never makes me feel like it’s a hassle—he just jumps right in to find a solution. That kind of attitude makes all the difference and keeps me coming back here instead of anywhere else. He’s an incredible employee and such a sweet person, and I hope FedEx recognizes what an asset he is to their team!
All the 1-star reviews seem to be accurate. The guy working around 3ish on 8/2 was rude and weird acting to every single person there. He even took my phone and proceeded to email the shipping label to the store. Not once did I give him permission to take my phone from me and use it. I am perfectly capable of emailing something, I did not need him to touch my phone.
Went in to this location to ship some work equipment. Jon and Brandon were the BEST! They helped me in a very professional manner and Jon even helped me pack my boxes so that they were secure enough to ship and wouldn't get damaged. Thank you both!!
