Mya and Tyron are a big help when it comes to working out here at fitness. They let me know the latest info on gym membership subscription, good benefits and even try to help out with my workouts! If you haven’t been here YOU NEED YO COME ASAP AND GET WORK IN WITH THEM.
Best staff ever!! Deena is amazing! Very professional and gives the absolute best customer service. I’ve been coming to the Arlington location for 15 years and it’s at its ultimate high. Couldn’t be happier with all the changes and all the new staff!!
The manager Landon really cares about the members and is beyond professional. Without hesitation, he immediately helped me out with something that only the manager was able to help me with! He just wants to help people at the end of the day and takes in his job very seriously, and it shows. These kind of employees make me proud to be a member at this location for sure. I am very satisfied knowing the staff has your back 24/7 and take pride in their work.
The gym is cool, the girls at the front desk definitely could use some training. The staff is typically good and the trainers are dope, if you can see past the under management of the desk you will love it.
I had such an amazing experience at Fitness Connection! Kimberly went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable and get set up with everything I needed. She was patient, friendly, and really knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood the benefits of bettering my health. It’s not often you get customer service like that, and it really made a difference. Thanks to Kimberly, I left feeling confident and excited to keep coming back. Highly recommend!
