Fast services, relatively cheap. fixed the cracked screen on my iphone 11, worked out pretty good.
I had to replace my MacBook Pro battery and these guys were incredibly efficient. Once they had the batteries I provided, they called me in, and the job was completed within an hour. They offered really good prices.
I HIGHLY recommend this repair shop. This shop is highly technically proficient, performing micro soldering on a board with some of the cleanest work I have ever seen. They also made it clear that they would complete the repair assessment free of charge, and would only charge me if they believed they could successfully complete the repair. (not all repair shops do this) They were definitely quick, getting the work back to me within 24 hours. The rate they charged was exactly what they quoted me. The price was so reasonable and the quality of their work was so good that I felt compelled to tip them. My repair was on the board of an alarm system where the battery port had ripped off. The replacement cost for the panel plus labor to re-program the sensors would have been between $1,000 and $1500. The shop charged me a very small fraction of this cost to complete the repair. So if you have an expensive electronic device that breaks, give these guys a call first before replacing it. They just might save the day!
Got my husband iPad Pro fixed.. good as new. Caesar was very professional. I was bummed out about the broken screen. Caesar reassured me that it would be good as brand new, once he fix it!!!. Kept his word. Very happy with the service. Definitely will be back with other broken devices
Edit: 9/28 I went back and got a full refund and had a conversation with the manager. I respect the work they did to fix my phone, just told them I wish I knew that the color wasn’t going to be the same beforehand. Besides that the repairs are legit and their work is good, just have to work on better customer communication beforehand to prevent things like this from happening. Former review: The back glass of my IPhone 14 Pro Max in purple shattered and I chose to go here because of all the 5 star reviews. Firstly, they didn’t call or text my friend when the phone was ready and I had to call them. Secondly, the glass color they used to replace my phone’s was completely different than the OEM glass. The frost coating was different and the color was a shade lighter, it looked BLUE in certain lighting I went back to inform them and the guy basically told me that nobody has ever come back saying the color was different. He then says the manufacturer they use probably didn’t carry the OEM color. If I knew that beforehand I wouldn’t have come here. He then shows me an OEM iPhone mini in the same/correct color as my phone and it was noticeably different. He then tried to show me a different purple pro max that was repaired, but that phone color was also the wrong shade so that didn’t really help. He told me that all the phone repair companies around the area use the same manufacturer so I won’t get the exact OEM color so I basically felt like I had no choice but to settle for this color which was really disappointing because I got this specific phone because of the color. He calls up his boss and they agreed to give me a 30 dollar refund. I also noticed after leaving, that my phone case no longer fits on my phone. I was unsatisfied so I called a different repair shop to see if they carried the OEM color, and they do. I even went to their shop and they showed me the exact color that the phone comes in. I felt like I wasted my time and my money. I find it hard to believe that FixUdevice didn’t realize that the shades were completely different I noticed something off as soon as I walked out that store. Just look at the pictures!
