Whether you are a 1st timer, novice, amateur (Socrates), semi Pro or even a gym Rat this is a great place away from the Meat markets and big blockbuster gyms that lack the personal touch and private space to focus on what is important: the mastery of One’s fitness. Great gym, around $30 CAD for a week pass, super friendly staff, you get a key fob and can come and go during opening hours. Has all equipment you need and good music. Highly recommend for those visiting Quebec City on travel!
I discovered this gem while on a trip in Quebec City. I wanted a gym for a month, and Felix- who was on the front desk offered me a great plan. He was super helpful through the process and is always kind to help during workouts too. This gym has all the equipment you may need to get you in top shape. It’s loaded with many facilities without the price tag of a big gym. For tourists and locals- I highly recommend this gym if you’re seeking a comfortable place to workout in the Limoilou area.
Flexigym was excellent. I was visiting Quebec City with my family and was able to sneak out and get a great workout all three days. The gym had everything I needed and the staff was excellent. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area
