I recently started Pilates and I’m very happy I chose Flolo at Helensvale. I’m already feeling the benefits! Love the set up in the studio, also comfortable with a full class. I have mostly attended the Barre Pilates classes and love the challenge during the session and the feeling of getting fitter and stronger already. Looking forward to my next workout!
Love Flolo I recently joined the Xmas Challenge and really enjoyed over 20 sessions throughout December. The studio is wonderful and all of the instructors are amazing. Highly recommend.
Coming to Flolo has been amazing. After my surgery, the classes have really helped with my recovery. All of the instructors are so caring — whenever I mention my surgery they check in and always offer safe modifications when I need them. I also really love the $40 weekly membership. As a student my schedule is all over the place, but there’s always a class I can make, so I really feel like I get my money’s worth. I recently did my first Pilates class with Jorja after about three months of recovery and yoga, and she was incredible. I was really nervous because I didn’t want to flare up any pain or lose the progress I’ve made, but she was so supportive — offering great modifications to keep things comfortable while still helping me rebuild my strength.
I love coming to Flolo for my health fix as much as I can a week. All the instructors make us feel like we're part of a family and I leave feeling like I've had a big hug (and sore muscles). The weekly membership is also great value for money.
I absolutely love my classes at Flolo Studio with Teacher Natalie! She’s so kind, caring, and always makes every class feel fun and uplifting. I can really feel my body getting stronger and more flexible, and my mind calmer after each session. The studio has such a lovely, welcoming vibe — it’s become my happy place every week.
