Decent carpet but the installation team was awful. They took multiple hours longer than estimated and didn't bring the supplies to do the transitions so they had to come back the next day. They broke some of the furniture. We later noticed that the seams were in the wrong place but by then we had already moved in and didn't want to deal with the hassle of having them redo it. I eventually had to redo some of the transitions myself.
I ordered carpet from them — this is the best place and twice as cheap as others! Highly recommended! They were very punctual and the fastest team I’ve worked with. Great prices and excellent service.
I had a great experience the first time I used Floors to Go. I went in like most people "knowing" what I wanted and after a very professional conversation with one of their employees he explained to me why I might want to go with a different option for flooring. I am so glad I ended up going with their recommendation, had I gone with my original floors I would have already had to replace them due to some water damage when replacing some kitchen pipes. They had recommended for my type of home and my future plans to go with LVT floors because of how durable and waterproof they are and don't warp because of that I minimized the amount of damage due to water. I ended up calling them back a few months later to instal the LVT in my bathroom as well. Not only did they recommend a more affordable product they also saved me from going back by recognizing I would benefit from the value of the LVT. They 100% had my best interest in mind instead of just taking my money and giving me "what I wanted". This is an honest business. Workers: I was blown away with the speed and precision of their workers. still to this day I show off to people how great of a job they did and how effortless they made it seem (so much so that I tried to install some in my closet.. it didn't quiet come out the same but made me appreciate their skill even more). Overall I'll be recommending their business to all my friends and family. They took care of me and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and thats how the experience should be.

Mike Rorie has constantly done an extraordinary job with all or home and business flooring needs. From the selection process to the installation Floors To Go has surpassed my very high expectations. All our questions were answered and we received great advice, which saved us money, and made use very happy with our selection of carpet. With two young boys and a dog getting the right carpet is tricky. I have never experienced such a smooth and through installation of our home carpeting. Recently, we opened a second Chiropractic office in Los Gatos. The floor prep was very challenging. The contractor who should have done the work was hopelessly behind. Mike, understanding our time crunch, jumped in and coordinated the floor preparation and the installation ahead of schedule. He continued to check in and even repaired the damage in the flooring that the painters and ceiling workers put in the floor. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. To say they go above and beyond great service is not an exaggeration.
