I am so grateful for FlowerNOW. Another florist cancelled an order for a next day delivery for a funeral/sympathy floral arrangement so we were in a bind. I called the shop on the morning of the funeral and talked to Sarah who provided information so that I was able to choose a basket arrangement within 2 hours prior to the funeral and have it ready for pick up. The flowers were beautiful and so appreciated.
I used to work for a florist many years ago, both as a designer and a driver. The places I worked for have all since closed - retirement and such. I was looking for a new place to send an arrangement to a special someone for their birthday and came across FLOWERNOW on Google. I think the woman was taken back a bit how much I knew about flowers and not just randomly saying, “yeah gimme something for 60” lol. I was in deep detail what I wanted and absolutely NO baby’s breath as a filler, etc. Well, the gal who they were for just called me and said she is blown away by how pretty the flowers are. She sent me a pic (below) and let me say, this florist did a FANTASTIC JOB — exactly what I wanted. I’ll definitely be back to order for Valentine’s Day!! Ty again!

Very disappointed My daughter and my best friend ordered flowers from here for my wife’s funeral. For starters the Funeral was Thursday February 20th, 2025 they were not delivered. I got them today February 26, 2025. 6 days after her funeral and they were supposed to be for her casket. Second they looked nothing like the picture, they look like they were done by a child. Sloppy and unprofessional. The pictures and video speak for themselves. I will be going to the flower shop tomorrow to complain. And no I don’t want a replacement what for her funeral was a week ago. If anything my daughter and best friend should get a refund. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 They lucky they got 1 star and that’s only because u had to have at least 1 to comment otherwise they would get no stars from me. 😡😡😡😡😡😡 You replied they are pillows well what I got are not even pillows. Trust me I will be going to the flower shop. Cause regardless what day they were ordered or what they were for they should have been made properly and professionally which they were not. In all the years I’ve purchased arrangements and flowers never have I seen such an awful job. Late or not it’s your job and your responsibility and your business to please your customers and clearly from a lot of your reviews a lot of customers feel the same way.
This women is on of the most Rude and disrespectful flower workers i have ever experienced. They failed to deliver a order that I made a 6am the day of valentines day. I drove to the shop which was a huge inconvenience and when I attempted to ask her a question rudely get back in line When I complied and got back in line she then pushes me off on another flower worker. This type of customer service for a family owned business is unprofessional and unacceptable. I could've placed my order downtown jersey city like I normally do with no problems but I decided to give a minority business a chance. NEVER AGAIN
