Nino is a blessing!! What an incredibly nice man!! He personally delivered roses to a funeral for me on very short notice..unheard of customer service!! God Bless Nino!!! By the way, the vase of large pink roses was magnificent!!!!
I walked into Flowers by Nino as I was shopping for an arrangement to be put into a vase I already had to be a raffle centerpiece at a breakfast meeting the next morning. Nino was so friendly, he even took me into the coolers to show me the options, and I got to see how stems are shipped into his facility. He didn't have what we thought would work for what I wanted, but was expecting a shipment after I was there. So I called back a couple hours later and went back and he showed me what had arrived. He made a nice simple and elegant combination as I was looking for. The next morning the flowers got a lot of compliments and the member who won the centerpiece was thrilled! I thank Nino for his professionalism and time!
I called to ask about an arrangement someone used to send me, and Emily could not have been more accommodating! She answered the phone with energy and warmth. With just a few details, she found the arrangement I used to receive (Luxury Roses) and invited me to send her a picture of them to confirm. Talking to Emily felt like talking to one of my close friends! I continue to be impressed with Flowers by Nino. They deliver stunning floral arrangements and first-class service —exactly what consumers deserve and appreciate. ❤️
I received a large botanical arrangement yesterday afternoon. My friend was so sweet to send it to me in the hospital unfortunately, the orchids are already dying and falling off, and the birds of paradise are starting to look a little weak as well. I had been called the florist and left a message about our disappointment in this arrangement that arrived just late yesterday afternoon. He left his name, number, my hospital, Methodist, and the order number. No one ever called back. If this is the service that they give for such large, expensive arrangements, do not bother. UPDATE: my original rating was a one star. My change to a four star is because my husband called the following morning for the second time, and they were very apologetic. They sent a replacement right away. I am changing this to a 4, but not a 5, since my previous 1 should have gotten fresh arrangement to begin with. And 2) had to call twice. Very happy with the second arrangement to freshness and appearance.
Nino’s did the flowers for my dad’s funeral, and they were absolutely beautiful. Recently, I ordered a colorful bouquet for a friend, and they delivered it right away. Debra helped me with the order and was so kind and attentive. The quality speaks for itself—Nino’s is truly worth it!
