We have just had our old (23 years) Daikin Aircon replaced with a new Daikin system by Ford and Doonan, West Perth. I couldn't be happier with them. They were so professional and tackled the situation of lifting the unit on to the roof through a very tight manhole with determination and achieved success. I have already recommended them to other residents of our building.
We have just had our second install with Ford and Doonan. From quotation to installation the process was seamless. The install looks fantastic, and there were no issues with the team moving us from an old evaporative system into a new refrigerated one. Expert advice and good old customer service from Kevin and his team. A++
The experience with Ford and Doonan was superb, from quotation to installation. The installation was complete in one day, with an overnight running of the fan, with a follow-up to commission the system the next day. The installers enquired about the previous system, I mentioned it was working but hard to find anyone to Service, and we are looking to have ours Serviced change of Season, the installer mentioned they will let the office know who can then diarise so they can initiate contact. Being the type of after care service I am looking for.
