Rafael and his team were great, my wife went in to get her new battery installed and registered, very personable and professional. I definitely recommend!
Rafael and team replaced the evaporator core in my BMW, which requires removing the entire front dash and panels, for nearly $2,000 less than a dealership quoted. They did an excellent job, everything works perfectly and looks exactly the same as when I took the vehicle in. Will be using FW Autowerks for any needed repairs/maintenance in the future.
Rafael received my car on early Thursday afternoon, diagnosed the problem with a quote and at 5:00pm the following day he was calling to let us know it was finished & ready to pick up. My car set as an “experiment” IMO for 14 months at a hometown shop. This was not a simple fix by all means but rates and diagnosing it without “guessing” what the issue was, made a big difference. Definitely my go to for any further issues and services!
Can't say enough great things about Fort Worth Autowerks. I sent a request for repair through the website concerning the issue with my BMW. Raphael responded quickly and knew exactly what my issue was. He then provided me an accurate quote and gave a date to come in. My repair was completed on time and Rafael also took the time print out some open recalls I had on my vehicle. To say that I am impressed with his service is an understatement. Also, he has great technology that keeps you updated on the program, lets you know when your car is ready, and also allows you to pay electronically using your phone or computer. Amazing!!! Highly recommend!!!
Fort Worth Autowerks is now my go to repair shop for taking care of my 21 year old BMW. They know what they are doing and it gets fixed right the first time I take it in. Good people working there too! I would recommend them to anyone who owns a BMW that needs work and/or restoration. Thank you and I'm looking forward to further restoration of my own Z-3 with you guys.
