The only reason why I gave it four stars was because the building is hard to find ,the signs aren’t written properly they explained it over the phone but because there’s no signs and numbers it’s very confusing. They need to update that cause I damn near walked to two different buildings before I found the correct building other than that on the first floor when you enter the building they need to have a sign there with a list of all the practices in the hospital and the room numbers cause it’s two floors first and second floor why don’t you list all the practices on the first floor list all the practices on the second floor cause oh my God it was confusing and the hospital should not be this confusing or a building with multiple doctor practices anyway…… at the fox chase practice ,it looked kid friendly in there and the receptionist were very nice and helpful ….my daughter she was being annoying, but they didn’t let it bother them. They spoke to her nicely, and I like that the nurse who looked after my daughter was good as well. I had no complaints as far as the service they provided. The service was definitely five stars to me, everyone was kind and nice and helpful, but they need to fix that situation with the signage in the building.
I have been taking my children to Fox Chase Pediatrics since they were babies (approx 14 yrs now). The staff is pleasant & has always been. We mostly see Dr. Caren K. for their visits. She is kind and answers any questions we may have. Check-in is always quick and easy. We don't have to wait long (maybe 60 seconds) and we're taken to a room to begin the visit. That is a huge plus. Making appointments is also easy. It's a clean, quiet office.
Fox Chase pediatrics is a great place to get care for your children. I always have a good experience. The doctors, front desk receptionist and medical assistants are kind and a wonderful team. They show how much they care and are very informative regarding my children's health concerns. Most of all there is never a long wait in the waiting room and I love that about this office!
The office staff and providers are always nice . I am able to come in same day or next day for sick visits. Dr. Flynn spoke directly to my 3 year old autistic daughter as if she understands him and that was truly heartwarming. Not many providers acknowledge ASD children directly . Dr. Flynn was great .
So excited to have this place as my daughter’s primary care physician. Everything is so great, from front desk to the doctor visit. It was so quick just got in and out in few minutes. Facility is clean and welcoming. Front desk personnel are on standby for any questions and concerns. Highly recommend this facility.
