This is 7th or 8th piece of furniture from Furniture Deals. Our last two purchases have been from Dennis. This purchase was to replace the sectional we bought 20 plus years ago from same store! Delivery has always been exceptional, timely and with great respect and making sure placement was correct and we were happy prior to leaving! Don’t know why I even look elsewhere when I always end up at this store!
Kudos to the sales and service staff at Furniture Deals! When it was time to replace a 30-year-old living room set, we were pleasantly surprised at the selection and quality of the furniture. Prices were reasonable, ranging from 1st apartment basic to comfortable and stylish. Purchasing was easy. Delivery was on time and carried in and set up with care by courteous and careful movers. An added bonus was the opportunity to support a local business in our neighborhood. No crowds, plenty of parking, and friendly knowledgeable staff. We recommend Furniture Deals to anyone in the market for new furniture!
Super happy with my new couch. Otis did a great job working with me to find an option and deal I liked. The delivery was easy and the set up crew was great and efficient.
Shopping for a dining room table has been a fete in itself. It had to be small enough for our apartment, big enough for our chairs, have leaves that were hidden, as well as a color that would match or go with the chairs..Our sales person was awesome, took his time, showing us different ones, & remembered one that was off by itself..well, is still by itself, but in my kitchen. It's perfect. The delivery men were very helpful, moved my old table out of the way for me, set up the new table, cleaned up any mess made with assembly, very cordial, considerate & professional. We will no doubt be back for the next piece of furniture when needed. Thank you for your special care in making an 82 yo happy.
First. Awesome Personality from the Two Hard Working Men. On Time with Delivery. Polite and Respectful plus Friendly. In and out within 30 minutes of bringing up the pieces and putting the living room furniture together and set up in the spot that I chose. I chose the place where I wanted the furniture placed.
