We engaged Garden Life Landscapes post handover of our family home construction and we can confidently state they were the best trades to deal with out of the whole process. The day we made the enquiry owner Kane came out to meet me and we had a detailed quote sent through to us the next day and work commenced approx 3 weeks later. The team itself led by Scott and Marcus were a pleasure to deal with. They arrived on time each day and there were no postponements which had been a frequent occurrence during our home build journey. We were so happy with everything that we engaged them to do further work, being a Retaining wall. Overall the work was high quality, reasonably priced and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended.
Garden Life Landscapes were outstanding in undertaking works at a commercial location. On time, extremely responsive and easy to deal with, nothing was too much. The team were collectively fantastic to deal with, from quoting through to delivery and completion. I would very highly recommend.
a) What initial problem did you have and how did Garden Life Landscapes solve it? Our garden was a complete mess in a state of huge disrepair – it was designed 30 years ago and when we moved in it looked as if it hadn’t been tended to for those 30 years. A huge worry for us was the severe drainage problem that was giving us headaches – thanks to Marcus and his team the drainage issue is now a thing of the past and we don’t have to worry about excess water run-off with the rainy season looming on the horizon. We discussed all various options with Garden Life during their initial visit, and they constructed a plan that took our tastes and preferences into account – they didn’t try and force us into anything we didn’t want but did come up with suggestions we hadn’t thought about. b) What prompted you to choose Garden Life Landscapes? Our decision to use Garden Life was based primarily on the prompt service and interest we received from them in providing a quote and the professionalism (Clint was particularly accommodating at this time) we experienced in person and on their web page, big company, well established, taking a ‘team’ approach. c) What would you say about Garden Life Landscapes to another potential customer looking to engage landscaping or garden maintenance services? Prompt service, professional image and interaction, loved the crew of Marcus and the boys – nothing was too much trouble for them, and now we have the outstanding back yard with clean lines that we had envisaged, with a minimum of maintenance thrown in as well.
Thank you to the whole GLL team. Craig gave us a great design and the confidence to do a large backyard project that we were never going to be able to do ourselves. Many thanks to the team. Matt and James who slogged it hard everyday for us. They were respectful of our property and worked with us on our ideas on the fly. Also Matt and Alan who filled in when the time crunch came. Young Ryan who supplied the layout for the beautiful blue stone pavers. Foreman Trent who provided great guidance. Class act all of you. See you for the front yard next year team!!
