My fiancé worked with Eric to design and create my engagement ring and let’s just say it exceeded all of my expectations. My fiancé wanted to keep the proposal a surprise so he only had a few ideas and photos to go off of that I had sent him and him and Eric brought my dream ring to life. My fiancé said working with Eric was wonderful and made the whole process so much easier. Couldn’t recommend enough!
I cannot begin to explain how grateful I am to have found Gemsetter & Company! My fiancé and I started working with Eric in October of 2023 on my engagement ring and wedding band. We designed it together and it had to be one of my favorite experiences ever! Fast forward to today and I have just picked up the wedding band! Eric is so kind, professional, and detail oriented. I felt like he was a member of my family with how much he cares about you. I cannot wait to have him design my anniversary band in the future! Thank you so much Eric!
Eric is the most kind and genuine jeweler I could imagine. My mom and I were downtown and decided to pop in and look at wedding bands for my fiancè, and Eric immediately answered questions and we could immediately tell that he was honest and truly cared about quality and making his client’s vision come to life. I later lost my engagement ring, and Eric helped us to find the perfect stone and rebuild my ring, designed the perfect wedding band to compliment, and made it all happen in time for our wedding. He truly has gone above and beyond for us several times and we look forward to future excuses to purchase fine jewelry from Gemsetters & Company. There is a reason that he has only received 5-star reviews, it’s a reflection of how much he cares about his clients and his passion for the industry. Eric was so sweet and kind in explaining the design process for my engagement ring. I had a specific style in mind that required some details that we couldn't find in other stores or online. The design mock up helped us make the decision. Overall, the process was super easy, no pressure, and the finished ring was ready to pickup in three weeks. We felt comfortable working with Eric and would recommend others who are wanting to creating a personalized design. We'll be visiting soon for our bands.
Eric is so personable and really makes the experience of purchasing jewelry a pleasant one. He helped my fiancé and myself design my engagement ring and I couldn’t be happier.
