Highly recommend this locally owned jewelry store. I’ve brought in several pieces for repair, and each time the service has been prompt, fairly priced, and expertly done. The owners are consistently courteous and welcoming—it’s always a pleasure to stop by.
My dad and I visited this establishment for a watch repair/service. My elderly father explained he traveled far since no one in his town in New Mexico was able to help him. I called in advance to get a rough quote which was very affordable in my opinion. After the quick service, the repair man said no charge due to the inconvenience my father experienced. I politely offered to tip the repair man and he kindly refused. Also, this establishment was open prior to 11 am on Sunday (all other watch repair shops were open after 11 am). I went to Quintero Jewelry based upon the positive reviews. I only had a small matter (a couple of watch batteries to be replaced), but the owners were very pleasant and prompt. Their pricing was very fair. They have a very nice assortment of fine jewelry pieces as well as precious metals coins. I truly enjoy supporting local small businesses and recommend Quintero Jewelry.
I came in to get my watch sized and set up. The owners treated me like family and took great care of me. They have a beautiful store with a really nice selection of jewelry and watches for even men. Thank you Urbano and Theresa for your help.
