I recently got into a fender bender and when choosing from repair shops approved by my insurance I came across this shop. I specifically used them because of their reviews. My rental was brought straight to the shop while I was signing paperwork. I was in and out within 20 minutes. They had my car I want to say around a week. The pick up process was just as smooth, I drove my rental there, and Enterprise came and got it from the shop and I left with my vehicle within 15 minutes. Car looks great and drives great, no issues. For how inconvenient all of this is and can be they made all of the things that are usually a hassle and quite the headache so much easier.
I can only speak to the quality of their service and pricing, not quality of work done. I came in for an insurance claim - they looked over my car before my appointment time. The formal paperwork was complete soon after. The cost of repairs was lower than anticipated. I chose to cash out the value with the insurance company, so the lower cost wasn't actually helpful for me. However, they were professional and helpful, so if you actually plan to repair your vehicle - I recommend this particular Gerber location.
Worked with William for an estimate, but they don’t work on Tesla’s—even so he gave me a solid recommendation to get a small dent fixed.
Terrible experience. I had an appointment, dropped my car off, and it sat there untouched for THREE WEEKS. No updates, no calls — nothing. It wasn’t until I started calling repeatedly that they finally decided to do something. What’s the point of having an appointment if you're just going to ignore the car? Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of people’s time. I’ll never go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
