The residence surpassed our expectations. The place is well located with close proximity to gas stations, grocery, and fast food. The amenities were great with no issues. The pool and hot tub was inviting but the low temperature weather discouraged use.
This house exceeded our expectations! We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 child. The house was very clean upon arrival and we had zero issues during our stay. I would definitely book this location again.
Cape Coral, FL - 6BD Riverfront Mansion Beautiful Property, Management Fell Short The home itself was nice, good location, clean, and well put together. Unfortunately, our experience with Goldnest’s management was very frustrating. A key amenity (spa heating) that factored heavily into our booking did not work for the majority of our stay despite repeated communication and multiple attempts to resolve it. While responses were generally prompt, issues dragged on far too long and were not resolved until very late in the trip, limiting our ability to actually use what we paid for. For a management company handling higher-end rentals, problem resolution and accountability fell well short of expectations. The property deserved better support.
My kids were sketchy about the neighborhood as we turned in, but to our surprise we had no issues. Very, very quiet neighborhood!! The house was so spacious and they were very accommodating. It was clean with all the toiletries you need. Although it was cold and we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub and pool, the area was beautiful and clean. The host was quick to respond to our needs. Thanks for the amazing stay.
The house is beautiful and spacious. We had plenty of room to have Thanksgiving dinner with family. The appliances worked well. The location was very nice. Some measuring spoons would have been nice, but that was all that was missing in the kitchen. Our kids were pleased to have bathrooms and bedrooms to themselves. The house was so comfortable and clean. Thank you!
