Came in for a replacement tire and was in and out in literally 30 minutes! Really nice crew, especially since I came in 1 hr before closing. Paid $100 for a brand new tire, would’ve been $50 for used! Good prices and quick service!
Quick, proficient, quality work and tires. Was able to get same day service within 30 mins from call to new tire. Great prices for both used and new tires with a solid selection of both including for cars, pickup trucks, and light - medium duty trucks (stake beds and similar)
Be cautious First thing they do is say they have the tires you need. Then they remove your old tires without showing you what they will replace them with. They installed two rear tires on my car that did not match two different brands and different sizes... And one of the tires had a bubble on it l. At that time it was too late They told me to come back and they would fix the issue.. This took me going back three times. And 6 days later the defective tire with the bubble was replaced.... All my fault I should have made sure that when I said I needed two tires that I should have said..."I need two of the same type, brand and size tires. And that would have been Before they jacked the Car up and removed my old tires. My bad
I arrived at this place today to get a tire for my vehicle when I pulled up to get service. This gentleman in the picture was very rude and very disrespectful. there were a few vehicles already there that were being worked on And also a few customers there with their vehicles that have previously been worked on, but had issues due to the service that was given a gentleman told me to be mindful and pay attention of what was going on because they have been putting the wrong tires on vehicles with that being said to get a new tire from a new tire place, I was expecting to get my tire changed and be on my way. They took my tire off my car had my car sitting in the middle of the road with the tire off to tell me that they did not have the tire in the place where they were doing the service that someone had to drive to their warehouse from my understanding tire change approximately take about 15 to 20 minutes. I was there for 45 minutes to an hour. The gentleman that is in this picture was very disrespectful to all the customers that approached his customer service was very very, very, very disrespectful , and he greeted everyone that came up with what you want this place should be shut down due to disrespect and lack of customer service after waiting another 15 minutes they didn’t put my car tire back on my car and told me they did not have the tire so I was there for nothing and no work done. If you are in the Washington DC area, I would refrain from going to any shop in SouthEast Especially good hope in Washington DC I will be mindful who spending money with because it’s beginning to be very disrespectful with them moving all of these foreigners here
This Place and the staff are Amazing. I have a 2020 Mercedes GLC 300 that I wanted a diamond grill installed on. I came and they did it effortlessly --even though the grill was aftermarket and the front camera did not fit properly. Somehow they were able to make adjustments to the piece and make it work for my vehicle and the camera stills works perfectly. My car looks so much nicer now. Let me add they had a lot of other people coming in with there own request and they still managed to finish my project alongside satisfying other customers. Heres a before and After. Thank Y'all so Much!
