The staff at Grandpa's are amazing. I purchased a boat from a private individual and was encouraged by a friend to bring titles to Grandpa's to register boat. The lady at the front desk (sorry that I did not get your name because you deserve to be mentioned here by name) was so thorough, professional and friendly preparing the registration with ease. While the registration was being processed for submittal to Fish and Wildlife, I shopped the store for items that I needed and realized that the prices were very reasonable so decided to buy everything here instead of Amazon. Rick Johnson helped me with all of the maintenance supplies I needed and had some great advice and tips while performing maintenance. What a great experience!!! Grandpa's made a customer for life!!
Went to look at a Preowned Axis.. that is when we Met Brian. Dude is a great guy and helped educate us on the type of boats we were looking at, Got us a great deal on a BRAND NEW 2025. He even threw in the Mission bumpers I was going to order just because he said he wanted the boat to look its best, Best experience by far.. wont be going anywhere but Grandpas for our Boating needs.
We just bought our first wake board boat and this was our first big purchase. Going into it we were nervous not knowing what to expect. We met Brandon at grandpa marine and he was a breath of fresh air. He wasn’t pushy in the slightest, let us have our time to decide and was there to answer any questions or concerns. Brandon has been involved in water sports for many years he knew exactly what our needs were and what boat would fit us the best. We couldn’t be happier and would recommend Grandpas marine all day long.
Grandpas Marine is the only place we will purchase a boat in the future. We have purchased and sold with Grandpas in the past and have had nothing but smooth experiences. We have also serviced and stored our past boats with them. We recently had a medical event and had to sell our beloved family boat. We raised our kids (19 seasons)on the water so this recent sell was mentally hard on the family but Grandpas Marine made it flawless. When we are ready to buy our empty nester boat there is only one place we will go. Thx Grandpas Marine!
