We custom-designed our engagement ring with them, and the final result was beyond anything we could have imagined. The craftsmanship is absolutely stunning; every detail is perfect. Our jeweler, Erich, was incredible to work with. He was warm, patient, and genuinely invested in bringing our vision to life. He gave us exceptional attention throughout the entire process, and the whole team made the experience feel effortless and exciting. I would recommend green lake jewelers and might use them again for another piece! Chelsea was so easy and direct to work with. I was trying to keep this engagement ring a secret and it’s hard when your partner lives at home and we share everything together! Messaging system via email was great. All the feedback I asked for I got quickly. All requests and feedback for design were well thought out and helped ease my mind for the design process to build the right ring. She was completely surprised and had no clue it was coming this early!
The team at Green Lake Jewelry were absolutely amazing! I struggled to figure out what I wanted my wedding band to look like until I looked through their website and found my inspiration. After one meeting with Chelsea, she drew up a proposal that was absolutely perfect! She then worked with us to help it meet our budget and timeline (which was very tight) and I could not be happier with how it turned out. Every communication was clear and professional. Five star experience from beginning to end!
I knew my fiancée wanted a flower design for her engagement ring and after seeing some examples from Green Lake Jewelry Works, I knew they were the right people to design her custom ring. I worked with Brooke to design the engagement ring. She was very easy to work with, offered great guidance, and made the process seamless for me. She’s a talented designer and great communicator - the whole team at GLJW is great!
