Darling pieces and great service but oh my the quality is not there. I bought studs from here not once but TWICE and they never stay in, always falling out. I’ve bought similar styles from Primark and Target that held up longer than from here. Super unfortunate.
I came in just browse around for a gift for my daughter and although I didn't purchase the gift then I just wanted to say the young woman who helped me was just delightful and welcoming. A young Philipina girl, Sadie, I believe... Anyway, she helped find a nice piece for my daughter and I'll be back.
Do. Not. Go. Here. Yes, the prices are good but every single thing I have from here breaks. I literally wore one of their dangly earrings and they broke as I was putting them on. I take really good care of my jewelry and I was really hopeful about their pieces but it’s extremely disappointing when everything keeps breaking (including a broken bracket that I’m staring at that I’ve had for less than a year).
As a jewelry and accessory novice, I was lost coming in to the store but was quickly put at ease by Lily's knowledge and stellar recommendations. I appreciated her patience with someone as new to this as I and will be back for further consultation when the time comes. Great customer service and nice vibes throughout the store. Thank you!
Love this jewelry store. They have so many options with different price ranges. There’s even a good men’s section. They recently started offering permanent bracelets and anklets and they have the best prices in Seattle. You can do silver 14k gold or gold filled. We walked in to get them with no wait and it was such a great experience we came back again the next day to get another one.
