The personnel were knowledgeable and friendly. The estimate was almost dead on (in fact the actual cost was less than the quote). The car looks great. I definitely would recommend these guys for any repair.
My Subaru was hit in a parking lot. My rear bumper and quarter panel were damaged. My experience was positive with Hampden Auto Body. I was able to schedule an estimate quickly. While my car was in the shop Brian and Michael kept me updated. They also made working with my insurance company seamless. My car is Pearl White and it was matched perfectly. In addition, my car was Subaru certified. I have the certificate to keep the value of the car and did not have to use after market parts. The car was finished in less than three weeks. I appreciate the small things such as customer service and how beautifully it was cleaned. I highly recommend Hampden Auto Body.
After being rear-ended, I reached out to Hampden Autobody to help fix my truck. Upon arriving they completed a thorough inspection of my truck, finding damage the insurance company had failed to. Mike then talked me through the process required to work with insurance companies and prepared me for what can be a challenging experience. Fortunately the Hampden Autobody team was very thorough and was able to show the insurance adjuster everything they needed to justify the additional work and the adjuster approved the work immediately. About a week later my truck was fixed and looking better than before the accident . I highly recommend Hampden Autobody and will definitely work with them again if the need arises. Thanks guys!
