Great customer service, amazing pricing, and took a quarter of the time compared to the big name tire shops. 10/10 would recommend to everybody.
The guys are super sweet and so fast. I tried so many tire shops trying to get my car in to change the tires I had on, to winter tires. There were either no times available and the walk ins was going to take all day. I took my car to Ortiz, it was done in 40 mins. Moving forward, this is where I will get my tire replacements/repairs done. Highly recommend.
I was headed to get food in the area and I got a flat tire, so I pulled up and these guys had me in and out in 15 minutes. They were great. I definitely appreciate it. Thanks guys!
I had an outstanding experience at this shop. I arrived at 9am on a Sunday expecting a wait, but they took my car in right away. They replaced my spare quickly and had the entire job done in about 15 minutes. The service was efficient, professional, and reasonably priced. I genuinely appreciate how smooth and stress-free the whole process was and will gladly return for any future tire needs.
These guys have always helped me immediately upon my arrival. They gave me the best price for my tire size for used tires and were very kind and respectful. I have never gotten them to answer the phone but if you show up, they will work something out. I'm very grateful for their assistance. I will continue to go here even though I live way out southeast near Castle Rock and Parker. Worth the drive.
