I think the review request was only for Chris. He did an excellent job in explaining the work, providing a detailed and reasonably priced proposal, and managing the craftsmen who performed the work. There was a scope change during the project and Chris similarly completed this process in a fair and competent manner. The craftsmen he sent did excellent work. I am pleased with all phases of the project.
We were very pleased with the results of the repairs to the exterior framing of our garage door. Kelly's attention to detail and his ability to determine what caused the initial damage was particularly noteworthy. Kudos!!
The experience I had with Handyman was great. Rick Hatch the gentleman that performed the work was great to work with. To start with he was on time, very friendly and very knowledgeable about his work. I have a couple more projects coming up and will certainly be calling Handyman and requesting Rick. We’ve used Handyman connections several times now and have been pleased with the results. Compared to other quotes we have gotten Handyman’s is thankfully affordable. Our Handyman is Rick and he is very skilled and versatile in the projects he can do. This is extremely important since unexpected things usually happens. We appreciate that Rick gets the job done. Be flexible with starting time and with timeline. We plan on using Handyman Connection and Rick for our future home maintenance/remodel needs.
I hired a handy man to put up my awning. The person that came to my house gave me an estimate. He measured all the dimensions, looked at the product, and left me with an estimate. The estimate was not hourly it was a flat fee. This was great! I made an appointment with Handyman Connection, who contacted the person and we scheduled the appointment. Once the person arrived he worked on the project for about 8 hours. He did an excellent job and I was very satisfied with the work. I would use Handyman Connection of Boise again and the same handyman. His name I believe is Robert.
