We had an excellent experience with James at Haynes Furniture. He is truly a mattress expert—extremely knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to clearly explain the differences between options so we could make an informed decision. James was also very personable and made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. Most importantly, my husband and I never felt pressured, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend working with James if you’re in the market for a mattress!

We recently visited Haynes to shop for new furniture, and working with Brian made the entire experience absolutely exceptional. He never rushed us or pushed us toward anything we didn’t want. Instead, he asked thoughtful questions about our space, our style, and how we actually use our furniture day-to-day. His recommendations were spot-on—pieces that fit our needs perfectly without ever feeling like a sales pitch. What stood out most was Brian’s sincerity. He clearly cares about helping customers create a home they love. He was patient, attentive, and incredibly thorough, making sure we understood every detail from fabric durability to delivery timelines. Thanks to Brian, we left confident in our purchase and grateful for such outstanding service. If you’re shopping for furniture, ask for Brian. He’s truly the best!
Not the Haynes I remember from 30 years ago. Better furniture, sales personnel are knowledgeable and not pushy (a 180 from what I recall when I used to live here). And not everything is on sale, but when it is there are good sales. They do have some very nice Italian leather furniture. Haynes also owns The Dump where they sell things that haven’t sold elsewhere.
Kudos to Ace who was an excellent associate! He was patient and answered all of our questions! He made sure that we were happy and in agreement with our decision for our purchase! We truly appreciate how he went over and above to ensure our purchase pleased us! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾💯
