Helzberg is amazing! I had an incident with Arizona Jewelers right around the corner and helzberg helped tremendously. Shout out to the store manager. She is an amazing person with such a kind and genuine heart!
I had an amazing experience with this store. The staff did an amazing job taking care of my wife’s ring and even helped make sure that my insurance covered the fix. Shay in particular extremely helpful! Thank you so much! I don’t see any good reason to buy quality jewelry anywhere else!
Since the first time I visited this place over 17 years ago, they have always taken good care of me, When I started dating my now wife, when I got engaged, married, Birthday's and anniversaries, they helped us find something to help celebrate each event. We go back often and usually get something nice. The staff takes great care of us and they patiently guide us through the different options they have. I would recommend Helzberg to anyone whether they are staring out in a relationship, looking for something for self or for a special occasion.
My boyfriend bought a ring here in early May of 2023, we had to wait to get it resized, which isn’t a problem. When I pick it up 6 weeks later, one of the stones doesn’t match, and 2-3 of them are hanging off stone holder. It was only $120 so I just signed for it and left, I just wanted my ring. Not even a day later, 2 stones fall out. They tell me to bring it in and they’ll order a new one. Again I had to wait 4-6 more weeks, I wasn’t able to get the new ring until the end of July. Well the same thing happened again, one of the stones came out within a couple weeks because it wasn’t glued down properly. If my $120 ring isn’t taken care of, why would I come back and get an engagement ring here? The employees were very kind in the store, not their fault. But the quality they sell is absolute trash.
Ness and Denise have been wonderful help. My love took me in to get a promise ring and these ladies delivered great service. There have been some issues with the bank (bank is switching companies so there is a small mess, but not our fault) and these ladies have been working so hard to complete the sale. We will definitely return with future purchases ❤️
