Overpriced clothing, cheap fabrics that pill after one wear, wildly inconsistent sizing, and a cheap smell reminiscent of Bath & Body Works - and it hits you like a wall. Plenty of boutiques out there run by decent humans—shop those instead.
Awful experience here. Came in with a friend while in town and she bought a dress. She asked about the return policy when paying and they told us two weeks with a receipt. We came back the next day to return the dress and they told us it could only be returned for store credit, no refunds. We don't live locally and more importantly, that wasn't what we were told on checkout. This wasn't a $50 dollar dress either, add another zero. The service here should match the prices.
Caroline and the crew at Hemline French quarter are fabulously amazing! I am always impressed by the quality of customer service, attention to detail, and of course the amazing clothes. They have gone out of their way multiple times to help in a hurry. I would recommend highly! Thank you guys!

This is the best shopping experience I’ve ever had. I felt like I had a personal shopper with me and made me feel so amazing. The staff was so friendly and personable. My boyfriend picked out a dress from the window and the saleswoman went above and beyond for the best experience. She not only added shoes to complete a beautiful dress but she also went outside and got my boyfriend to see me in it-I felt like Cinderella.
