I’ve never had a more positive vet experience than what I’ve gone through this week! My cat was heading toward a bladder blockage and the team at Hillsboro were so accommodating and helpful when I called three times in one morning, panicked, to figure out when would be best to bring him in. Things were initially very scary for us but Dr. Garbarino and her team were so thorough with his care. Everyone was patient and communicative with me throughout the entire ordeal and answered as many questions as I needed to feel comfortable. It was one of the scariest moments I’ve had with my cat, and I don’t know what I would have done without the team here. I have nothing but good things to say about the veterinary care from Hillsboro!
Hands down best vet experience I’ve ever had! And that’s no exaggeration. Dr. Guglielmi has been so thoughtful, understanding, and intentional with both of my cats, who have had their own issues along the way. She is extremely knowledgeable and explains things in a way that makes sense. She is gentle and understanding when she has to deliver difficult news - in our situation, she took the time needed to ensure all of my questions were answered and all options were considered. Dr. Guglielmi is reasonable and realistic when it comes to your pet’s care. I felt empowered and confident in the treatment choices we made along the way and know my cat received the best care possible til the end. Dr. Guglielmi continues to provide excellent care for my other kitty now and I trust her completely. Above all that, Dr. Guglielmi genuinely cares about your pet(s) as much as you do and truly goes above and beyond whenever possible. Highly recommend for anyone looking for veterinary care in Nashville! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Wonderful staff, wonderful care, and reasonable prices. I took my elderly little dog for an exam because she seemed to be in pain. Dr. Clausett and staff were caring and knowledgeable and took plenty of time to answer all of our questions. And to my surprise, despite being in Green Hills, their prices were very reasonable. I will plan on making them our permanent vet.
I have been going to Hillsboro Animal Hospital for 30 years and before that my dad took our family dog there. Needless to say, I have lots of experience with this wonderful veterinary service. Over the years I have had nothing but excellent service and personalized attention. The energy is always upbeat and the customer service is wonderful. From regular annual checkups to major surgeries and even letting precious pets go… each encounter is handled with care. Everyone on the team truly loves animals and values connecting with them and their owners. If you find yourself needing a vet look no further than Hillsboro Animal Hospital.
Have been going to Hillsboro Animal Hospital since I moved to Nashville 13 years ago!! Lucy, BeBe, and now Cooper, & Jax have always received the BEST care.
