Before practicing meditation at Hollywood Sunset meditation I was often overthinking each day. Living tomorrow before it ever happened. I started meditation with Hollywood Sunset meditation in October of last year and even in the short months I have seen changes in my day to day life. I am more grounded with daily meditation practice enjoying life more and living in the present . I join each night online and am guided through a process which eliminates old processes that don’t serve me anymore. Overall I know I am more balanced and productive , less stressed and overwhelmed and this correlates directly with my meditation practice. I have much more energy in the morning and enjoy waking up to the possibilities of each new day!
I consistently began my meditation journey 4 months ago. There were some things that I wanted to adjust in my life, but had a hard time on where to start. I am a spiritual person. As I mentioned in earlier posts, I found Hollywood meditation. I have been mediating almost every night with the Hollywood Sunset Meditation group since September 2025. My mind has gotten so much calmer since I started. I used to be plagued with almost constant, angry & upsetting thoughts about my past, and now those thoughts have lessened so much...to maybe one or two per day. I am very happy (and amazed) with how much my mind is calming down...it's a big relief and I generally feel so much more relaxed!
I get so much benefit from my daily meditation practice. 30 minutes a day helps me be mindful in my daily life. It's easy to get caught up in the stories I can tell myself about life. Meditation helps me let go of the stories and trust each moment . I recommend this practice to anyone who doesn't have time, is worried about the world, or can't sit still. Meditation truly helps.
