After being disappointed with a major company, I ended up calling Hometown Plumbing. They were rated highly and are local. I was able to talk to somebody who actually knew what they were talking about and they immediately set up an appointment to have someone come by and look at my hot water heater. I told them what I needed. They verified it and scheduled the replacement for the next day. They even upgraded the hot water heater based on my requirements and the cost was minimal. The overall cost was about $1,000 less than this national chain that I talked to earlier. The work is done quickly and efficiently and very professionally. I will absolutely go back to them in the future when I need my other hot water heater replaced. I was thoroughly impressed and you won't be disappointed. Their cost reasonable and in line with what research I had already done. I can't thank them enough for the great job they did for me.
Jason fixed our bathtub faucet. He was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem right away and went to work to fix it. It was a more complex job than expected, but he handled it professionally. We are very satisfied with the service.
I won’t use another plumber—Hometown Plumbing is professional, fair, and genuinely compassionate. They’re focused on fixing the issue, incredibly prompt, never waste time, and clearly know what they’re doing. Their tracking system also lets you know exactly when they’re on the way. We were referred to them last-minute after going five days without hot water, and they rearranged their schedules to come out the same day our part arrived—on two separate occasions. It was unbelievably kind. I’ve saved them in my contacts, and you should too.
My water heater went out in the morning, so I called Hometown plumbing. They were there within the hour and replaced my water heater shortly thereafter. Incredible customer service! Their prices are great and their staff was excellent. I highly recommend using Hometown plumbing.
Arrived quickly for an after hours job. VERY decent pricing to snake the lines. Aaron was very helpful, explained the full process as well as potential next steps for larger repairs. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful! Stayed in communication and presented my options regarding larger repairs that were needed. I felt completely confident in them and was so happy with the pricing I booked within the following weeks. Now I have brand new pipes and feel so relieved not having to worry about the plumbing. SO GRATEFUL for them! Highly recommend
