I’m once again very impressed with the expert repair work and excellent service at Hoods, Etc. Within the low key entranceway, they have vast space for many vehicles and well equipped automotive facilities. I am always pleasantly surprised to find an auto repair place with mechanics, owners and managers who all experts, honest and courteous. Special thanks to J. C. for his reliable care and going the extra mile to test drive my car in advance to diagnose any possible damage.

Hood’s Etc Collision Center is steadfast in its approach to listening to their customers with transparency and integrity. I was very impressed with everyone I encountered from getting an estimate to picking up my car. The level of professionalism was superb and my car looks fabulous. They replaced a front bumper and lift gate weatherstrip in less than 2 days. They were very communicative and what is most important in these days of truth distortion is the following: I trust this company. I would seek their services again. The price I paid was very reasonable. They treat their customers with respect and kindness. They reminded me that there is still hope for a harmonious existence. I am grateful for this experience. Very professional repair person with great teeth and great integrity! Many thanks again to the gentleman who helped me today. I never got his name, but he was incredibly knowledgeable and extraordinarily customer-focused. I really do appreciate his help. He took 15 minutes to "assess" the bumper/side car panel damage, but instead actually repaired it in that time. And he didn't charge me. I hope I don't ever have to return to get my car repaired for any reason, but it gives me confidence knowing you all are there. I felt I was very much in good hands. Thank you again for going above and beyond.
If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! Hoods has a top notch group of people working there. We have brought several of our cars to them over the years and their work is exceptional. They go the extra mile to make sure your car is repaired exactly the way it should be. Rob and JC were professional from beginning to end. We are so very happy with the way our car now looks. We will not hesitate to refer them to everyone who needs a good body repair shop.
