I went here for just 1 free workout with no intention of joining. Melissa was so awesome and not pushy whatsoever that I decided to after all. This place is 100% life changing!

I joined about a month ago in the process of trying to incorporate more cardio into my strength training routine. After my first free session I felt amazing!! Now I combine cardio and ISO every visit and fully believe Hotworx is what has helped me sooo much in the process in loosing weight! If I had one thing to complain about is that I have noticed our location doesn’t have a cable machine in their FX studio. This is not a deal breaker for me but I have seen a lot of videos online of people using them at their Hotworx and just wish I could incorporate similar workouts after my sessions! I recommend Hotworx if you are struggling to burn fat and loose weight or just want to use the saunas whenever you want!
First time to use the location. Staff is friendly and accommodating. She was quick to assist me as I was unfamiliar with the location. I also love their collection of merch which I will be grabbing some. Location is clean and very close to home. Will definitely using the location again.
Blown away by the poor treatment of management today when I requested to cancel. The manager was short, dismissive and condescending. "I'll process your cancelation" and then she just hung up the phone. No good-bye no attempt to address the problem. I even called back to ask if she realized I had been hung up on and she argued and was completely rude. I hate to see this kind of treatment in the industry. I've worked in it professionally for 10 years and to see such an unprofessional person in management is a poor reflection on the training for the brand and the ambassadors out there trying to open franchises.
