!! VERY POOR COMMUNICATION AND all the ridiculous texting Why not come see? Don't waste your time with all the constant texting questions!! Can anybody tell me, what me, this little old lady can do other than send a picture of the only label I see? Then they continue to text asking more questions as if I should dismantle the stove's exhaust hood. I was told my picture wasn't good enough then they asked for a receipt for something that was already in the home when we arrived. Repeatedly asking and texting the same questions! I'm actually disgusted because I can't see how a diagnosis is done by texting. My home warranty just replaced my Central AC and HEATING System with outside FAN unit, so I can stand on payment NOT BEING A PROBLEM!! I don't want them at my house at all!! WE'VE BEEN TEXTING A WHOLE WEEK AND MY HOOD IS STILL BROKEN!;

iDigital was extremely helpful. When I was unsure about the type of phone I had, they figured it out. They ordered the screen I needed replaced and it arrived within just a few days. We scheduled a time for the engineer to meet and he was on time and professional. Fixed my phone within 15 min outside of my home. I’ll never go to a store front again. Highly highly recommended.
