I had a wonderful experience at Jardan Melbourne Showroom! The staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through their beautiful range of modern Australian furniture. I've had a fantastic experience shopping at Jardan and couldn’t recommend them more highly. From the moment I walked into the store, Georgie and the rest of the team were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They offered thoughtful styling advice and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. What stood out most was how relaxed and unpressured the whole process felt. They encouraged me to take my time choosing fabrics and welcomed me back on multiple visits with the same warmth each time. A special thank you to Ross for taking the time to walk me through furniture and fabric recommendations over video calls, his insights were incredibly helpful, and it was clear he genuinely wanted to help me find the right pieces. That level of care and attention made all the difference. The quality and workmanship of the pieces, all made in Australia, is outstanding and feels very reasonably priced compared to other retailers. The furniture I purchased has been extremely durable and is wearing beautifully. I’ll definitely be shopping at Jardan again. Thank you to Ross and the entire team for such a great experience!
I have never received more warm, genuine and inviting service from the showroom staff at Jardan. Particularly, the Melbourne store. From to-scale floor plans, transparent lead times and a huge range of options, furnishing our new couldn’t have been more enjoyable.
I love Jardan. I have furnished my own house with Jardan and love using them for my interior design projects. The quality of their pieces is unbeatable. I also love the staff. I went in to buy some furniture this Saturday and was dealing with a lovely staff member of the facility who was very helpful however as I went to approach the counter another woman approached me from the store and insisted I display my medial exemption for not having a face mask. I explained that I did not have to show this as this is private however after a minute of back and forth reluctantly showed this to her. I then found out from my friend that you are unable to ask people for proof as it is illegal not to mention the rudeness of the staff member who was insisting I did not appreciate the rudeness of the staff member and the policy from the store insisting they view my personal note from a doctor. I will not be returning.
