Ople was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful! We came in not knowing what we really wanted for our engagement rings. Ople walked us through every step in the process and let us try on many different styles of rings. Thanks for making our special moment so memorable Ople 🥂
My partner and I were nervous to come in and shop for rings because we feared that being younger we wouldn't be taken serious. When we went to Jared's, Ople, helped us find the perfect ring and treated us with respect and kindness. If you're looking for a ring come talk to Ople! My partner was confident in the stone they wanted but Ople showed them a ring and they instantly fell in love with it. She has a fantastic eye for what her clients will like, she knew instantly. It was the first ring she showed my partner. 10/10, would trust her with my rings life.
Sabrillya assisted me with creating a custom engagement ring for my now fiancé. She was so amazing during the process and helped create the vision I was looking for perfectly! Everyone in the office was very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this Jared location!
I can’t say enough great things about working with Sabrillya! My husband and I went in looking to do an upgrade for my 15 year anniversary present. It was very important to me that I kept my original wedding bands and Sabrillya worked with us for several hours choosing the right setting, diamond cut and size of no pressure back and forth to help me/us achieve the upgrade we were looking for. Thank you so much Sabrillya for an amazing experience!
My wedding set is an external piece (non-signet), but needed all three bands to be re-shaped and solder together. Had zero issues dropping it off or with the sales associates who assisted my husband and I. 5 days later and my set is ALL types of wrong (poor hubby didn’t know what to look for). The size was incorrect, metalwork was bent/warped, overall an extremely poor repair. So I went back less than 12 hours later to see what could be done. The staff was very reassuring & kind and said they would be able to fix it same day. Came back later on in the day and at first glance, it just looked a little dirty but better than before. I got halfway home before the ring started slipping off my finger AGAIN (because I was out of the heat). Took a closer look at home and ITS STILL WRONG. Shanks are all warped, still not sitting flush, didn’t bother to polish it but they DID scratch it all to hell. Genuinely scared to even ask them to fix it for a THIRD time because the integrity of my metalwork is ruined at this point. We are deserving of at least half of our money back though. The sales staff was nice, but the repair center is complete garbage. Avoid at all costs.
