Five stars are not enough! We had a remarkable experience with Jennifer Yoingco and her team helping us find and purchase our new home. As our buyer’s agent, we truly felt like Jennifer had our interests as her top priority. We had been referred to another agent by our local realtor in CO, but after many (!) unreturned phone calls, we gave up and started searching for realtor reviews on our own. We found Jennifer based on her many excellent 5-star reviews. We got lucky; you don’t have to… With her astute understanding of the area and market, Jennifer found us the right home at the right price (it took us several tries, but she was patient and understanding through the process!). We never felt pressured or rushed. When it came time to make an offer, Jennifer came armed with the facts! She researched the subject property and the local comps and helped us shrewdly navigate the offer process. We told her we were glad she was on our side and that we hoped we’d never have to negotiate against her! After our offer was accepted, Jennifer helped coordinate the various inspectors and attended both the inspection and the final walk through. She and her team offered valuable insights during the inspection process. She helped coordinate all the moving parts during the closing process and kept us on our tight schedule. Throughout the entire process, Jennifer and her team were extremely responsive, communicative, and happy to answer any of our questions.
