Jensen (Ken/Bryan) provided great service. I stopped by for a headlight replacement and they made the time for the repair, politely suggested a couple other minor maintenance items that could be completed with minimal delay, and got me back on the road quickly. I appreciate the speed and general good nature of everyone I spoke with. Thanks!
Excellent service. Brought my vehicle down had a leak around engine.and we didn't know where ..also asked them if my exhaust system was ok and didn't charge me to look at the vehicle..also they let me know my tires are really bad...I got an amazing deal on tires ...they are careing I could of had a bad accident with the tires on the vehicle..definitely will be my place of service for my vehicle. Jensen tire and auto 20th and Harney st. They are honest not pushy..vote #1
I went to Jensen Tire & Auto to get a new battery and new windshield wipers before the freezing cold came. I received excellent personal care and service. I know I can always trust this establishment and receive great service at a very reasonable price. This is a stellar establishment.
I recently visited this location and had a wonderful experience. I had a flat tire and wasn’t sure if I needed a new tire or if they could patch it up. Was welcomed in by a gentleman who I wish I remembered his name. He was so welcoming and got to work on my car right away. Christian then was manning the desk while the nice man went to the garage to work on my car. Christian was so kind and informative about tire options. Luckily they were able to patch my tire but I know now that I will be returning to this location with any car issues. I was so impressed by their kindness and assistance! Thanks again guys!
Super friendly and helpful staff. Extremely fast turn around on my vehicle. Have had issues with my tire sensor light on my vehicle for over a year that other shops haven’t been able to get fixed that they helped reset as well. 10/10 would reccomend and will use again.
