Called the office mid afternoon about water dripping through main floor into basement and customer service representative informed me that someone would be there between 2-5. Just a few minutes after I received a call that they were on their way. Andrew was the plumber and it’s the second time we have had him for repairs. He was able to diagnose where the leak was and gave us options on how to fix. Highly recommend John The Plumber and Andrew who is very knowledgeable and personable. Chris & Alison Pattison
The switchboard was responsive and helpful in setting up an appointment. They were able to accommodate a same day appointment to resolve a frozen copper pipe. The technician was efficient and resolved the issue on site. With all that said I felt like their pricing was predatory at $1100 for a 20min job (because they have the equipment and it was after a snow storm). Which is probably why they were more than happy to accommodate the same day service - easy $$$. I should have asked the rate when booking the appointment rather than at the point of diagnoses - that’s on me I guess
Great service! The drain replacement was done quickly and professionally, and the plumber took the time to answer all my questions. Everything works perfectly now and the area was left spotless. I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.
We recently had two plumbers Andrew and Collin fix our kitchen sink faucet and install a stop valve. The entire experience was exceptional from start to finish. The company responded immediately to our initial call and followed up with a clear detailed email outlining everything we need to know. Andrew and Collin were extremely prompt, professional and knowledgeable. They offered excellent advice and worked what felt like breakneck speed - yet the quality of their work was top-notch. In all the years we have dealt with tradespeople never have we encountered such skill, efficiency and attention to detail. We have lived in our home for almost 30 years and this was by far the best service we have received. We cannot say enough good things about Andrew and Collin and the company as a whole. I cannot overstate what these plumbers accomplished for me. Last week, I accidentally flushed my engagement ring — and not just “oops, it’s in the trap” — it made it all the way through my pipes, disappearing into the unknown. The first plumber I called barely tried and told me it was gone for good. These guys (Andrew and crew), They didn’t just show up, they delieverd. They dug a massive trench, carefully worked around a giant tree, navigated roots and utilities, and somehow managed to locate my ring in the very last stretch of pipe before the city connection — a point where losing it forever was seconds away. The level of care they took to not lose it during the process was unreal. Every move was precise, every decision was made to protect that ring once they spotted it. And they did all this with professionalism, skill, and the kind of determination you just don’t see every day. I’m not someone who cries easily, but when they handed me that ring — after I thought it was gone forever — I cried from pure happiness. They couldn’t believe they’d pulled it off and told me to buy a lottery ticket… honestly, I think I already won. If you want plumbers who will go above and beyond in ways you didn’t think possible, call them. And if you think your situation is hopeless, I can promise you, these are the people you want in your corner.
