I thoroughly enjoyed Joe's weekly Tai Chi classes.They were inspiring,welcoming and totally therapeutic. His patience and professionalism was very evident.I am really looking forward to the next series of sessions as the Monday class definitely inspires me for the week ahead.Thanks very much Joe.

Tai Chi on Mondays is a hugely beneficial, relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable experience. All down to our excellent instructor Joe who can definitely create a much sought after stress free couple of hours. I attended most of Joe's classes from last September. They were so enjoyable, he has such a calming voice. I loved all the exercises and felt I got a lot from them. I will miss them during the summer, but hope to enrol in September again.
