Kenny worked with my son to help him recover from knee pain. My son looked forward to working with Kenny and it was amazing to see the transformation within weeks where my son could move without pain. Kenny is great communicator and is very patient as he creates plans according to what the person needs. I can’t recommend him enough and we wish one day he starts having enough hours in the day to work with young athletes as well!
Trainer Kenny is incredible! I had never exercised in my life, aside from walking and going on hikes in my area. However, he not only encouraged me and took me seriously, but he also trained me for the past year to help me fulfill my dream of walking the Camino de Santiago de Compostela in Spain. I walked over 80 miles in just 8 days! I completed the journey and received my passport and certificate of completion at 70 years old. Kenny is an amazing trainer and I am so glad I chose him. I feel he really listens to his clients and is nonjudgmental. Kenny customizes our workouts based on my goals and adjusts them as needed based on my progress, how I am feeling physically and/or mentally, or current health concerns. I feel positive and excited about working out because he makes it fun. He is very knowledgeable. Takes a holistic approach to health. I highly recommend him.
My son has been going to Kenny for 6 months straight and we love it. He always finds what needs to be worked on without us saying a word. He sees everything. He is so knowledgeable about how the body works which leads to the teaching of proper technique. Aside from all the great training aspects of Kenny’s program he is even a better person.
