The lady of Asian descent who works here is really rude. She got up to tell me i couldn't have a drink in the store which is fine so I stepped outside. My husband asked if he could try on a watch and she took it out, didn't say anything, and then put it back without letting him try it on. Such a shame as our last experience was so positive with other members of staff when my husband and I bought our engagement ring and wedding bands here!
I have just used Kalmar Antiques to fix my late father’s gold rotary watch. Daniel and the team were brilliant from start to finish. From the first initial discussion over email Daniel assured me he would treat my watch like his own and would do everything to ensure it was fixed back to full working order. After providing a full appraisal of the watch and detailed quote, my watch was repaired. Daniel also called me to discuss how the repair went to assure me further that it was all fixed and there should be no more issues. I collected the watch and few days ago and so say I’m pleased is an understatement! The watch looks brilliant and works perfectly. Thank you Daniel and the team for the brilliant service, would highly recommend your services to anyone. Would not take my watches anywhere else now after using this business, they were amazing!

I have bought a number of items from Klamar and every time found them to be the height of professionalism and genuine passion for what they do. This time I used their in-house watch maker ( Lorenzo) to service and restore my grandfathers watch ( I am 53 now) - the results. Amazing.
