Employees were extremely helpful, especially Wendy, who patiently showed us many rings. Cant recommend her enough. Estaban was also wonderful and made the purchase process smooth and easy.
Great Christmas ring purchase for my wife! Leticia was super great to work with. I initially thought she was an regular employee... and at the end of my purchase I found out she was the store manager! She works along all her coworkers as if she was just like them.. super great. Super knowledgeable! And positive inputs. She gave me her whole time and never pushed me to just buy. She has great comparison to multiple good option in all ranges.. highly recommended. Can never go wrong with KAY... and Leticia was super great!

I had an amazing experience with Anyaneth. I came in to purchase a gift and she was more than willing to show us any pieces I was interested in and share details. She was also very helpful in explaining any perks and services they offered to keep our piece in amazing condition.
