Holy smokes Batman. I discovered my tire was flat after work and then I discovered my spare was also flat. I called KCAutoworks and the guy on the phone said, “tell me what’s going on.” I got there 5 minutes later and they got me in right away. They patched my tire in about 10 minutes. Great service and great price too. Highly recommend!
They got me in super quick and were able to find the problem with my car by the end of the day! The cost was nothing for the inspection, which surprised me, and I feel like the costs for the work on the car are completely fair. Would 100% take my car here again, I feel like I can trust this place!
I went to KC AutoWorx on 39th for the first time today after they were recommended to me. I spoke with Chris the day before, who was especially helpful arranging the service for my car. The problem with my car was resolved quickly and with minimum fuss. In the town I lived in before, I had a go-to mechanic that was very quality oriented, yet efficient. I missed having a mechanic I could trust—until now. I will be happy taking my car to these guys for all my needs.
Honest and kind mechanics! Was running around to auto stores all morning trying to get my engine diagnostics, just to be sold the wrong parts and diagnosed with the wrong issue. Long story short; it resulted in my car lurching my entire way home. These guys took me in with no appointment and helped fix my issue faster than I could’ve imagined. Every time I’ve been in here they are straightforward and upfront in their business; which is everything you should want in a mechanic! Truly the best in KC! Thank you guys!
When Hyde Park Auto closed, I was in a panic to find a good , local garage to help with my 2013 Honda Fit. A friend recommended KC Autoworx 39. It's a great place! When I first walked in, it was obvious that the vibe was on the younger side. Great retro signs and small clean waiting area. They are honest, friendly and go out of their way to ensure my car and I were taken care of. Chris runs the front of the shop and is affiable and makes it easy to get an appointment! Yes, it isn't 1st come first served. He has gone out of his way to make sure everything is done right. I have 3 sons, and I often feel like they are looking out for me, like my kids would. Highly recommend this shop!
